He is survived by: his wife Betty Burrow; his children, Jayanna Collins (Otis Collins, Jr.) of Wagoner, Melaney Taylor (Jeff) of Broken Arrow, Heath Baker (Lynda) of Tulsa and Amanda Baker of Broken Arrow; his siblings, Barbara Shockley of Sand Springs, Tom Baker (Shirley) of Sand Springs, Donna Waller (Joe) of Sapulpa and Sam Baker (Oksana) of Prattville; his grandchildren, Alan Ratcliff (Shelby), Nikki Collins, Katelynn Collins, Landon Turner, Coltin Ratcliff, Bubba Collins, Ladyn Turner, Lexa Turner, Hadley Reeves, Alex Reeves, Lilly Taylor and Annalynn Reeves; and his great grandchildren, Kailyn and Layne Ratcliff.
