He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Edward Cook and Jessie Louise Tooley; and his nephews, Jason Hickman and Daniel. He is survived by: his sisters, Patty Breshnehen (Roger), Donna Walkingstick (Gip Cowan), Kathryn Hicks (Les) and Paula Cook (Michael Emuze); and his nieces and nephews, Bobby Walkingstick, Cherokee Walkingstick, Jami Hickman, Cory Hicks, Tamela Miller, Samuel Charlie Cook, Kenny Breshnehen and Cody Breshnehen. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
