We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2021, at the age of 74, Larry Liggans (Tulsa, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Liggans and Juanita Liggans; and his brother Dale Liggans. He is survived by: his daughter Traci Frederick of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his grandson Jordan Frederick of Tulsa; and his siblings, Norma Jo Washburn of Jenks, OK, Janice Vaughan of Tulsa, OK and Terry Liggans of Tulsa. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
