He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Matlock and Janice Matlock of Tahlequah; his children, Hunter Lee Matlock and Fisher Michael Matlock of Tulsa; his grandmother Katherine Paden of Tahlequah; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Matlock of Tahlequah, Jimmy Lee Matlock (Khirsty) of Cookson, Jeri Lynn Bird (Michael) of Stilwell and Jenny Crew of Tulsa.
