He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd W. Hayes and Verena Hayes (Pearce); his daughter Pamela Jill Hayes; and his siblings, Juanita Milam, Leon Hayes (Jelly) and Howard Hayes.

He is survived by : his children, Jamie Hayes Fuller (Mike) of Owasso, OK, Laura Jill McCrackin of Houston, TX, Julie Dawn Ballard (Rick) of Tahlequah, OK, Chris Hayes (Carla) of Stone Bluff, OK and Mark E Hayes (Chandra) of Chouteau, OK. He is also survived by Thirteen Grandchildren & numerous great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145).
