He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bilby and Eleta Bilby (Caldwell); his brothers, Gerald and Russell Bilby; and his son Nathaniel Bilby.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Bilby (MaryAnn) and David Bilby (Belinda); and his siblings, Frances Champion, Alene Bilby, Marshaleta Taylor (Pat) and Carmaleta Haralson (Lonnie).
