He was predeceased by: his father James Carl Cooper, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Franklin, Marcia Cooper, Sandra Cooper, Velma Cooper, Caroline Joyce Cooper, Rossano Cooper and James Carl Cooper, Jr.; his mother Izetta Cooper; his siblings, Eric, Donald, Victoria and Deborah; his sons, Romeo and Rome; and his former wife Tina Cooper. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, one aunt, and two uncles.
