She is survived by: her children, Donna Milligan (Bobby) of Pauls Valley, Lawanna McAdams of Tulsa and Randall Newell (Gina) of Purcell; her siblings, Loretta Guinn of Mannford, Jimmy Butler (Pat) of Tulsa and Thomas Butler (Shirley) of Mannford; her grandchildren, Joni, Todd, Tara and Kari; and her great grandchildren, Braeden, Charlie, August, Annie, Charlotte and Nicholas.
