He was predeceased by: his parents, Laroy Plaster and Vesta Plaster; his wife Velma; his daughter Lowella Sue Bloss; his grandchildren, Jessica Bloss and Michael Plaster; and his brothers, Layton, Lynn and Loren Plaster.
He is survived by: his children, Michael W. Plaster (Sandra) of Tulsa, Owen Niel Plaster (Joy) of Phoenix, AZ and Robin A. Thrasher; and his siblings, Louise Goddard of Jenks, OK and Lawrence Plaster of Springfield, MO.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
