He was predeceased by: his daughter Tasha Marie Stacy; and his wife Patricia Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Hern (Levi Guinard) of Tulsa and Ashly Stacy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his brother Bruce Stacy of South Dakota; his grandchildren, Rebecca Guinard and Benjamin Guinard; and his former wife Faith Wells (Ty) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
