She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Oscar Watkins and Mary Catherine Watkins (Hiner); her significant other Jack Vernon Foland; her son Daniel Carl; her brother Charles E. Watkins of Anthony; her children, Dan Foland (Alyson) of Southlake, TX, Kay Park (Paul Park) of Birmingham, AL and Greg Foland (Nancy) of Broken Arrow, OK; and her grandchildren, Carl Foland, Ashley Quiñones, Lacey Foland, Joe Park, Andy Park, Michael Park, Steve Park, Chuck Foland and Robert Foland. She was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
