He is survived by: his parents, Riley Deckard and Tessa Underwood; his sister Caroline Deckard; his grandparents, Dana Underwood of Oologah, Todd Underwood of Wichita, Patricia of Skiatook, Adam Cook of Skiatook and Michael Deckard Jr. of Skiatook; and his aunts and uncles, Travis (Brandie Underwood), Trevor Underwood, Connor (Tailor Deckard), Delaney Deckard, Grayson Deckard and Spencer Deckard (Avery Cook).
