We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2020, at the age of 91, Maxine Foote (Tulsa, Oklahoma), born in Fort Scott, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maxine Foote to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Phillips (Drew), Melissa Downer Parham (Doug) and Max Brown (Courtney); her grandchildren, Blake Downer (Kelsey), Kirk Phillips, Mitchell Phillips, Blair Downer, Wyatt Brown, Garrett Brown and Lila Jo Brown; her great grandchild Natalie Downer; and her siblings, Lucille Goltra and Ralph David. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
