He is survived by: his parents, Kent Smith and Barbara Smith (Woods); his daughters, Melina and Maren; his wife Colleen; his brother Drew Smith of Moore; his aunt Sue; his uncle Doug Smith of Byrnes Mill; his mother-in-law Joan Almeida of Sapulpa; and his brothers-in-law, Antonio Almeida (Courtney) of Sapulpa, Matthew Almeida (Annetta) of Broken Arrow and Jason Almeida (Megan) of Denham Springs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
