Phillips of Elmore City; his grandchildren, Chazey Phillips of Midwest City and Krystell Phillips of Midwest City; his great grandchildren, Naveh and Carpi; his sister Neila Sue Beasley (Jim); and his nieces, Sandy J. Ellison of Lebanon, Charles Lunsford and Lisa Lunsford of Stratford. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
