She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Bowen and Shirley Bowen; her husband Robert Osborn; her children, Natalie Isabella Marie Osborn, Michael Osborn, Gabriel Osborn and Victory Weight (Taylor); and her siblings, Gwen Huelsman, Brenda Fochtman, Jeff Bowen, Todd Bowen and Brian Bowen. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
