It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phylisa Grace Palmer (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel A Palmer and Velma P. Palmer; her sisters, Diane Edwards and Valerie Cazencave; and her uncle Samuel Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Aaliyah of Tulsa, Tariq of Tulsa and Indiya Palmer of Tulsa; her siblings, Linda Love (Charles) of Tulsa and Daniel Palmer Jr. (Zee Zee) of Tulsa, OK; her uncle Aaron Palmer of Minneapolis, MN; and her aunts, Phyllis Thomas of Riverside, CA, Alvertta Palmer (Samuel) of Tulsa, OK and Juande Ross-McGee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
