He was predeceased by: his significant other Sharon Slack; his parents, James Slack and Mildred Mason; his siblings, Leroy Slack and Barbara Robins; his children, Pam Clark and Jack Clark; and his granddaughter Terri Morrow.
He is survived by: his sisters, May Perry (Hal), Seletia Oxford and Earlene Dobrinski; his daughters, Beverly Clark (Moe) and Jamie Lang (Jim); his grandchildren, Mike Clark (Misty) and Elizabeth Murphy (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Baylee, Brylee Clark, Gunner, Avery Murphy, Kason Wallington, Joel Ammann and Victoria Laws. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
