He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Siona and Justin Musick (Megan); his parents, Duane Shockey and Pam Shockey; his sisters, Sheila Briggs (Dave) and Angela Belshe (Gary); his parents-in-law, Larry, Connie Tatro, Michael Weingartner, John Weingartner (Trina), Amy Fincher (Jim Ed) and Jesse Tatro (Kym); his grandchildren, Jillian, Jacqueline, Whichard, Lydia and Lilly; and his siblings' children, Ashley, Amber, Gracie, Erika, Cameron, Braden, Sydnatious P, Chloe, Trey, Eryn, Drake, Kaylani, Jace, Malialani, Lydia, Solomon, Izzy, Emberlee and Grayson.
When Covid hit it was a toss-up if Richard was more annoyed with missing out on being trivia champ at Starlight for the free beer or having to hold court with only one or two people in the garage throwing bones.
