Nichols of Tulsa, OK; his children, Nancy McKay (Mark) of Broken Arrow, OK and David Nichols (Kim) of Broken Arrow, OK; his granddaughter Kristin Nichols (Allen Ream) of Highlands Ranch, CO; his stepchildren, Pam Graddy (Michael) of Tulsa, OK and David Everett (Fran) of Mesa, AZ; his grandson Jack Graddy (Lauren); his great grandchild Kennedy of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Jill Graddy of Tulsa, OK and Josh VanMeter (Mary E.); and his great grandchildren, Mary Frances, George, Veronica of Fort Worth, TX, Jeremy Everett (Laurinda), Cameron, Leah and Austin of Fredericksburg, VA..
