He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Maude Gregory (Hammer) and William Phineus Gregory; his wife Molly Gregory; and his children, Robby Gregory and Amanda Gregory.

He is survived by: his son Scott Gregory of Tulsa, OK; and his sister Lena Smithpeter of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
