He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Holland and Clara Anna Holland (Wilson); and his brother Charles Holland (John Broderick). He is survived by: his brothers, Glen Holland (Pam), Tom Holland and Russell Holland; and his nieces and nephews, Sheryl Merley, Gina Stretch, Jerry Walston, Tommy Holland, Angela Allen, Sara Holland, Kristi Owen, Anna Holland and Devon Hahn. He is also survived by numerous friends and a host of other relatives.
