He is survived by: his parents, Otis D. Swift, Jr. (Deborah) and Jacque Lee Bohannon; his grandmother Mary Bohannon; his brother Charles Zachariae (Jessica); his siblings' children, Cole, Arieanah and Gracelyn; his sister Sherie Swift; his siblings' children, Sheylan Hines, Jasmyne Wheeler and D'ante Swift; his brother Jakob Swift; his children, Mariah Alexander, Meadow Alexander, Maloire Alexander and Madalynn Alexander; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy Whitney (Sam), Terry Bohannon (Liz Hucklebury), Sherie Bohannon, Kevin Swift (Cindy), John Swift (Pam) and Jackie Jones (Jim). He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends that became family, and friends.
