He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jim, Jack, Billy and Paul Carroll; his stepsons, Harrell and Dennis Welch; and his grandson Jamie Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Carroll; his stepdaughter Bonita Ann Welch Keith; and his siblings, Betty Starr and Charles Ralph Carroll. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews that assisted during Bob's last days, and to three sisters-in-law and a niece who were always there for the family, and especially to his daughter.
