He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jason Miller, Sr. and Floy Elizabeth Williams Miller. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Miller; his daughters, Jamilah Moss, Quay of Tulsa and Jennifer Smith (Thomas) of Las Cruces; his grandsons, Isaac Smith of Las Cruces, Hayden Smith of Las Cruces and Sky Smith of Las Cruces; and his aunt Ruby Dye (Gene) of Muskogee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
