He is survived by: his wife Joann Ravellette; his son Larry Miller (Cierra) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma.; his stepsons, Chris Baker of Colorado and Timmy Baker of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Madyson, Sabrina, Madelyn, Crew, Kason, Samantha, Gabriel, Mackenzie and Brandon; and his siblings, Teresa Miller, Richard, Kerrie Miller, Sheila Murray, Rhonda Burke, Johnny Ravellette, Teresa Cooper, Danny, Deanna Ravellette, Kay Kelley and Eric Roth.
