He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Been (Reuss) and Rolland E. Been; and his stepson Robert Wayne Jenkins. He is survived by: his nephew David; his wife Jeanne; his daughter Rhonda Brown of New Bern, NC; his stepson Johnny Jenkins (Sherry); his grandchildren, Christina Bishop, Cody and Emily Jenkins; and his aunt Ruth Been of Mulvane.
