He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sheldon Gatewood Williams and Thelma Ruth Williams (Elms); his daughter Rhonda; his wife Ruth Williams of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Shandie Knox, Jessica Knox, Angela Fitzsimons, Adam Patton and Mark Patton; his great grandchildren, Duncan Allman, Draven Allman, Bayani Williams, Daniel Harris, Aviona Williams, Lily Allison, Joel Winter, Shaylynn Knox and Melina Williams; his siblings, Janet McCullough of Anadarko, OK, Gary Williams of Lincoln, NE, Larry Williams of Lindsey, OK and Billy Williams of Kingston, OK; his daughter Regina Patton; and his brothers, Kenneth Williams, Sheldon Williams, Jr., Robert Williams, Joe Williams and David Williams. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
