She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Caldwell and Faye Caldwell (Kennedy); her siblings, Kenneth, Harold Caldwell and Patricia Seniff; and her son-in-law Scott Poindexter.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Keith Chumley (Mona) of Tulsa and Tina Gail Poindexter of Pryor. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
