It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Jeffery Olsen (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brother Don; his former wife Patricia Boerner; his wife Pat Olsen; his children, Mark, David and Kirstin; his grandchildren, Grant, Madeleine, Jack, Corbin, Camden, Adam, Eric and Jacob; his nieces, Megan, Monika and Sara; his sister-in-law Margaret Boerner; his stepsister Liz; his daughter Nadia; and his stepbrother Robert.
