He is survived by: his children, Shane Calico, Amy Moore (Jerrod) and Corey Calico (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Isabella, Chase, Kaiser, Daphne, Jack, Rowan, Andrew, Wyatt, Austin, Tyler and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Jurnee, Wrenley, Dawson, Daxton and Danielle; his siblings, Athel Calico (Karen) and Vikki Miller (Larry); and his sister-in-law Louise Holland (Jim). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
