He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. Sullivan and Ann Sheehan Sullivan; his sisters, Jane Sullivan Dee and Kathleen Ann Sullivan; and his aunts, Nell, Kathleen, Rosemary, Dorothy Jane Sheehan, Mary Sheehan Leonard and Jane Sullivan Jensen.
He is survived by: his brother Jack Sullivan; his nephew David Dee (Sandy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Ryan and Josh; his sibling's children, Beth Dee and Kevin Dee (Sarah); his great-nephew Joseph; his nephew Brian Dee (Ronda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas and Charlie.
