He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas John Fowler, II and Iva Nora Fowler (Cumberland). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fowler; his children, Janet Terrero, Jean Carlisle (Dean) and John Fowler (Sheramee); and his grandchildren, Ali Carlisle, Hunter Carlisle, Jack Fowler, Jonathan Terrero, Michael Fowler and Matthew Fowler. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations may be made in John's name to the Ronald McDonald House.
