He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte; his parents, John W. Campbell and Marguerite Campbell; and his siblings, Mary E. Wieman and John W. Campbell Jr..

He is survived by: his sibling Tulsa Jaycees; his daughter Suzanne Mullen; his son-in-law Scott Mullen; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Janina and Jillian; his daughter Barbara Campbell; his son-in-law Jerry Hogan; and his grandchildren, John, Anne, Mary Claire, Rose, Mark, Catherine and Lucy. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
