He was predeceased by: his brother Ted Myers. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Myers of Broken Arrow, OK; his sister Joan Parker of Carlisle, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Shupe of Ankeny and Brenda Koger (Larry) of Malvern. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
