He is survived by: his sons, Tony Cardwell and Jason Cardwell; his former wife Nola Cardwell; and his siblings, Rick Cardwell, Danny Cardwell, Reba Scates, Vickey Wirtz and Janie Loman. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
