He is survived by: his grandfather John Smith; his father Keith Willingham of Jenks, OK; his siblings, Chris Cradit of Tulsa, OK and Whitney Stevens; his siblings' child Zyler of Tulsa, OK; his sisters, Bev Anderson of Jenks, OK, Julie and Jeanna Anderson of Glenpool, OK; and his grandparents, Linda Smith of Tulsa, OK and Lesley Cradit Sr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and gaming friends.
