Nelson; her close friend Bernice Mason; her children, Susan Blackall (Kevin), Janet Donnelly (Dennis), Richard "Chipper" Nelson (Suzanne) of Moline, Jeffrey Nelson (Kimberly) of Moline and John Nelson (Elisabeth) of Moline; her grandchildren, Jennifer Mitchell (Mark), Emmeli Blackall, Hillary Leach (James), Megan Cibula (Kyle), Brett Nelson (Josh), Kara Wiesemeyer (Tyler), Alex Nelson, Lindsey Nelson, Benjamin Nelson and Luke; and her son Randall E. Nelson. She was also cherished by friends, children, and children's friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock Island County Historical Society or a favorite charity.
