It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jewell Chase of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Attebery and Dora Elizabeth Attebery (Martin); her husband Jay O Chase; her siblings, Carl Winford Attebery, Wilma Altha Mitchell, Robert William Attebery, Joyce Lavonne Crowe, Lyndel Edward Attebery, Merle Jean Attebery and Myrna Helen Gray-Barry; and her half-brother Raymond Calvin Attebery.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Jay Chase (Christina) of San Jose, California, Konnie Jean Jackson (Chase) of Woodward and Kelley Jill Hoiland (Chase) of Wills Point, Texas; and her grandchildren, Daniel McGuire (Ashley) of Giddings, Kyle Chase (Samantha) of Colorado Springs, Brad Evans (Teri) of Michigan, Kristina Williams of Tulsa, Adam Gill (Amy Roberts) of Woodward, Karley Williams of Woodward, Melanie Chase Lussier (Raymond) and Kevin Chase (KC) of San Jose. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will be holding a memorial service at a later date due to Covid-19 and the travel restrictions in place.
