She is survived by: her brother Dennis Padgett of Claremore, Two; her daughters, Kathleen Sheryl Carpenter (Joel) of Collinsville and Karen Ruth Summit of Collinsville; her grandchildren, Jarryd Duncan, Kelly Thompson, Alyssa Tidwell, Clint Carson, Charmaine Stewart and Taylor Summit; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Kylie, Katelinn, Abby, Hailey, Karrah, Elizabeth, Lexie, Kelsey, Alyssa and Jaxon. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and a host of family and friends.
