It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne A. Parker of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Avoca, Arkansas, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gale Ann Parker. He is survived by: his children, Donna Parker Milliken (Ross Milliken), Glenda Parker Harkey and Alan Dewayne Parker (Lori Ann Parker). He is also survived by His parents and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
