He is survived by: his children, John Putnam, Cathey Yamashiro (Putnam), Vernon, Vicki Hilvitz (Putnam) and Todd; his stepdaughter Ann Cassell; his grandchildren, Kari Bahl, Chris Bahl, Krista, Jason Putnam, Ashley Putnam, Chelsea Lang, Isaac, Erik Yamashiro, Spencer Hilvitz, Jacob Hilvitz, Calli Hilvitz and Wyatt Hilvitz; and his great grandchild Weston Lang.
