He is survived by : his mother-in-law Monica McGee; his wife Monica McGee Goins; his children, Billy James Goins III (Brianna) and Sarah Goins; his grandchildren, Marceli Goins and Billy James Goins IV; his mother Rev. Janis Alsup Goins (Alsup) of Smiths Station, Alabama; his father-in-law Edward McGee (Evelyn) of Moreno Valley, California; and his siblings, Randy Goins (Vyckie) of San Bernardino, California, Cindy Goins Pounds of Smiths Station, Leisa Goins Cierley (Herb) of Smiths Station, Donna Simien (Darrell) of Corona, Rhonda Watson (Stefan) of Moreno Valley and Yolanda Lewis of Inglewood, California. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many good friends.
