She was predeceased by : her parents, Pete Plumlee and Elgiva Plumlee; and her brothers, Louis, Wayne, Vernon, Hubert and Joe.

She is survived by : her husband Floyd; her brother Paul; her sister-in-law Joy; her children, Monty (Stephanie), Kim (Mark Sikes), Lane (Jennifer), Krystal (Derrick Hutchison) and Craig (Karey Henderson); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Amber, Heather, Chelsea, Briana, Landon, Hailee, Colby, Brandon, Mackenzie, Hannah and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, Helen has requested that donations be made to the Tipton Children's Home.
