He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Charles Sowers and Wanda Marie Sowers (Castillo). He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Sowers of Tuttle; his children, James Lee Sowers, Jr. (LaTisha), Charles Ray Sowers (Chay) and Julie Ann Farley (James); his grandchildren, Zane Sowers, Melia Sowers, Carter Farley and Tyler Farley; and his siblings, Barbara Carpenter and Rick Sowers.
