He is survived by: his children, Raymond Goforth (Crystal) and Cathrine Mantooth (Joshua); his brothers, Allen Goforth (LaDonna) and Henry Goforth (Kayla); his stepdaughters, Kristina Ruberstell (Terry) and Skyla Thomas (Houston); his grandchildren, Ariana, Chelsea, Andy, Conner, Ace, Isabella, Waylon, Alexis, Brianna, Jesus (Bubba), Isaiah and Kailyn; his great grandchildren, Kora, Aspen, Kayla and Stetson; and his nephews, Jonathan, Dakota, Zac and Parker Goforth.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the BIG Cabin Cemetery (33425 S Hwy 69, Pensacola, OK 74301).
