She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mann and Vera Mann (Rathjen); and her daughter Michelle Ebardt. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charley" Goforth; her children, Kristina Ruberstell, Skyla Thomas of Vinita, Catherine Goforth of San Diego and Raymond Goforth of Ketchum; and her sisters, Jennie Mann, Virginia Smith (Victor), Roberta Charles (JL) of Vinita and Flora Mann of Bartlesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
