He is survived by: his mother Janice Holden, Sr. (McMinn); his stepfather Glenn Rice of Miami, OK; his siblings, Troy Holden (Margaret) of McKinney, TX and Cindy Bushyhead (Tim) of Vinita, OK; and his niece Blair Bushyhead of Vinita, OK. He is also survived by several nephew and nieces and several great nephew.
