He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye; his daughters, Brandi Lynn Hoekstra and Toni DeAnn Johnson (Ken); his brothers, Ross, Mike and James Hoekstra; his grandchildren, Missy Ruble of Vinita, Dannie Johnson of Vinita, Jordan Johnson (Angela) of Vinita, Maggie Proctor (Brian) of Bartlesville, Jessie Johnson of Vinita, GeneAnn Nelson of Vinita, Garrett Nelson of Vinita and Hudson Nelson of Vinita; and his great grandchildren, Tristin Johnson of Vinita, David Proctor of Bartlesville and Brianna Proctor of Bartlesville.
