He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip James Leiker and Antonetta Leiker (Wasinger); and his siblings, Edna Brown of Wichita, Mildred Koob of Wichita and Ronald Leiker of Orinda, California.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Leiker (Mariangie) of Melbourne, Alan Leiker (Anna) of Lucas and Diane Johnson (Timothy) of Tehachapi, California; his grandchildren, Blake Johnson, Morgan Sethman (Will), Brenna and Adam Leiker; his great grandchild Liam Sethman; and his close friend Carol Castor of Vinita.
